Rich and Jon have unique workplace experience, this is what sets Simply Fit Boilers apart from the competition. As friends and business partners they decided to bring a change to an industry that is filled with misinformation, bad workmanship and poor customer service by taking their own customer service experience and workmanship to new heights.
Rich & Jon have helped many customer’s previously let down by shoddy installation work and lacklustre servicing carried out by big firms employing nothing but sub contractors.
Rich and Jon realised early on that there are many ways in which customers can be better served. By offering a bespoke online quoting system they are deciding to make a difference to the way you buy, maintain and repair your home heating system.
Openness, clarity and honesty are some of the main focuses when it comes to working with Simply Fit Boilers.

Rich has worked in the gas industry for over 23 years, 15 of those with 2 of the the best consumer level boiler manufacturers in the world, Valliant & Viessmann. Two leading German boiler manufacturers where he worked as a Technical Engineer & Service Manager working on domestic and commercial boilers and renewable technologies of all types.

With experience in the building trade, as well as over 12 years of management experience in the IT industry, Jon brings years of analytical thinking to help shape the way Simply Fit operates.
Always looking for ways to make things better and more efficient, Jon will not only look to make Simply Fit Boilers more effective as a company, but he will also team up with the technical experts in the team to ensure you are given the product and services that best suit you and your home.
Options and details are what we want to offer the customer, but without the complicated technical jargon getting in the way. Simplicity is the aim.
