Boiler Questionnaire

If you have a gas meter or cooker you most likely run on mains Gas

If you have a storage tank or gas bottles outside

You would have a metal or plastic oil tank outside that stores your oil

You would normally run on electric storage heaters or have an electric boiler

A self-contained boiler providing heating and instant hot water (No Tanks)

A regular boiler with a copper tank

This is a more modern system, typically with a mains fed unvented cylinder

This is a traditional system, you will have a gas fire with a boiler behind it

I’d like my old boiler and tanks removed and converted to a modern Combi boiler, a bigger job! (Not ideal if you want to run 2 hot taps at the same time)

I’m happy with my current system and just want a replacement boiler

Your home is detached from other properties and has at least 2 floors

Your home is attached to another property on one side and has at least 2 floors

Your home is in a row of houses or on the end of a row and has at least 2 floors

Your home is a detached or semi-detached bungalow and only has 1 floor

You live in an apartment block surrounded by other dwellings

There are additional costs involved in this option

This would normally have a noisy pump near your hot water tank or maybe in the loft

We only have a standard shower(s) connected directly into hot and cold supplies

Thermostatic valves have numbers on them so you can set the temperature
